I guess life happens and we dont have control over it, I find my life etching towards new frontiers and while I try my best to steer it in the direction that I choose, I am realising I cant. I have no power over time and space, and all that is left to do is learn from the journey and f-l-o-w

a third of 2009 is now gone

Wow, one third of this year is gone already, time is really flying now, but was it ever meant to be this way? I guess there are moments when your life can seem slow or fast, but it seems that for all of humanity, speed is immediate, speed is better, faster, faster. And the world needs to slow right down, but its too late, things are already spinning out of control. Enjoy it while it lasts.

terrorist, TERRORIST!

at 6:00PM this afternoon I cycled by houses of parliament. I heard loud shouting from many people. There stood many families, women, children and men screaming against the Sri Lankan government to end the violence against the Tamil people. Their screaming was calculated, measured and directed at the British government, pleading for it to do something to end the bloodshed.
After watching the match tonight, I cycled again by houses of parliament. It must have been quarter past 11:00PM. They were still there, screaming and protesting.

A girl stopped me on the street today, she asked me where the nearest net cafe was. I directed her, and then she asked me if I knew of any gynocologists around the area. I said that I didnt. She then asked me if I knew any hospitals in the area. I asked if she was ok, and she admitted that she had just found out that she was pregnant. She was looking for a clinic. "I am only 21, I have been living in London for 6 months and now this is happening to me." Her honesty took me by surprise. She was very scared.
